Our fee structure is broadly divided into monthly retainer fees and spot service fees.
Spot service fees vary depending on whether a Monthly Retainer Contract is in place and the type of contract selected.

Monthly Retainer Fees

Monthly retainer fees are generally determined based on the type of contract and the number of employees, as outlined in the table below.

  • The number of employees indicated above refers to the number of regularly employed workers who work 20 hours or more per week (including company directors enrolled in social insurance). Part-time workers who work less than 20 hours per week are counted as 0.5 persons.
  • If the number of regular employees changes after the Monthly Retainer Contract is signed, we kindly ask that the retainer fee be reviewed and adjusted accordingly.

Regarding Subsidy Application Services

At our firm, we only accept subsidy application requests from companies that have entered into one of the following Monthly Retainer Contracts: Procedural, Consultation, or Subsidy-Focused.
This policy ensures that we can take full responsibility for the application process and help clients receive subsidies accurately and effectively. To achieve this, it is essential that we understand the internal operations of the client company and that a proper labor management system is in place.
For companies with underdeveloped labor systems, working with us on a subsidy application can be an opportunity to improve those systems and lay the foundation for further growth.
