This is the most standard form of agreement with our firm. We work closely with our clients, supporting them through their business journey by solving a wide range of HR and labor issues and offering suggestions to help grow their organization.
There are three types of Monthly Retainer Contracts: (1) a Procedural Monthly Retainer Contract that includes processing of social and labor insurance paperwork, (2) a Consultation Monthly Retainer Contract, and (3) a Subsidy-Focused Monthly Retainer Contract specialized in government subsidy applications.

Procedural Monthly Retainer Contract

This contract includes handling procedures related to employee hiring and resignation, maternity and childcare leave, annual social insurance calculations and labor insurance renewals, applications for sickness and injury benefits or workers' compensation, labor-related filings such as the “36 Agreement,” and submission of job postings to Hello Work.
The Procedural Monthly Retainer Contract also covers HR and labor-related consultations, proposals on subsidy utilization, and recruitment support.
Clients who sign this type of contract benefit from discounted fees on services such as drafting work rules, applying for government subsidies, and using our recruitment services.
This contract type is ideal for small businesses without a dedicated HR department, for business owners who wish to outsource time-consuming administrative tasks, or for companies that actively wish to utilize government subsidies and recruitment support services.

Scope of Services Included in the Procedural Monthly Retainer Contract

  1. HR and labor consulting, including proposals for subsidy utilization
  2. Social/labor insurance procedures and labor-related filings

  5. Information and application support for employment-related subsidies (¥30,000 upfront fee, 10% success fee)

Consultation Monthly Retainer Contract

This contract type does not include labor-related administrative procedures. Instead, it focuses on resolving labor issues, providing daily HR and labor management consultations, and proposing strategies for utilizing government subsidies.
Please note that procedural outsourcing services are not included in this plan. If such services are requested under this contract, additional fees will apply.
By entering into this contract, clients are also eligible to request subsidy application support and access our recruitment services.

This contract is best suited for:

Larger companies that have internal HR or labor staff but seek expert advice on complex labor matters or government subsidies

Companies with minimal needs for routine social/labor insurance procedures

Regarding Subsidy Application Services

At Guscoord Professional HR Services, we only accept subsidy application requests from companies that have entered into one of the following Monthly Retainer Contracts with us: Procedural Monthly Retainer Contract, Consultation Monthly Retainer Contract, or Subsidy-Focused Monthly Retainer Contract.

This is because in order to take full responsibility for the subsidy application process and ensure that our clients receive the subsidies correctly, it is essential that we fully understand the company’s internal operations and that a sound labor management system is in place.

For companies with underdeveloped labor management systems, working with us on subsidy applications is an opportunity to improve internal compliance structures—laying the groundwork for further growth.
