One of the most common inquiries we receive at our firm is about how to utilize employment-related subsidies.

Application services for subsidies are exclusive to licensed social insurance labor consultants (sharoushi). However, due to the complexity of procedures and the risk of liability from application errors, many firms do not offer this service at all, or only handle a limited range of subsidies.

Our firm stays up-to-date on the latest information regarding subsidies updated annually, and we offer wide-ranging support tailored to each client’s needs. We also propose optimal combinations or the most favorable subsidies among multiple options.

The employment-related subsidies we handle differ from "grants" provided by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry or local governments—if eligibility requirements are met, payment is guaranteed. We thoroughly review all documents before submission, so unless the client provides false information or sudden changes occur in government policy, nearly all applications are successful. Thanks to this diligence, our approval rate for subsidy applications exceeds 98%.

For clients with Procedural or Advisory Retainer Contracts, our staff is able to identify subsidy opportunities through regular interactions, and we proactively recommend applicable subsidies.

Clients may apply for subsidies on their own with our guidance, or outsource the entire application to us. Choose the method that best suits your company.

Clients under our “Information Retainer Contract” receive a monthly “Subsidy Newsletter” with the latest trends and an annual booklet titled “Revitalize Your Company with Subsidies.” (These materials are also provided to clients under Procedural and Advisory Retainer Contracts.)
